However, when litigation cannot be avoided, the Group is also able to mobilize a team of litigators with extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts.

On the transactional side, the Group's Corporate, International, Real Estate and Construction lawyers regularly represent clients in the negotiation of commercial agreements ranging from simple leases to complex construction contracts as well as the lease, purchase and sale of multi-million dollar resorts and recreational based developments.

The Group's employment and labor attorneys have successfully represented some of the most famous golf developments, hotels and hotel management companies in the world with respect to such diverse matters as the creation of unique "employment cultures" for new luxury resorts; all aspects of union representation campaigns and collective bargaining; the defense of complex wage/hour class actions; preventative "audits" designed to insure both legal compliance and the implementation of "best practices" and the presentation of informative and entertaining management training programs.

Our Insurance experts advise clients with respect to all aspects of coverage and defense and regularly work with major insurance carriers as approved counsel on complex matters.
