San Francisco associate Marie Trimble will be a co-speaker on the topic of "The Future of Discovery – Ethically Mining the Web for Evidentiary Gold" at the 51st Annual Meeting of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada to be held in San Francisco on December 9-10.
The presentation will address how the investigation of the Web, particularly social networking sites, should be used as a tool by attorneys to analyze cases. The presentation also examines important evidentiary and ethical considerations relating to information uncovered by Web research. The presentation has been approved for 0.75 General and 0.5 Ethics MCLE credits.
