Asim Desai, a partner with the Insurance Group, will speak at the upcoming DRI Insurance Bad Faith and Extra-Contractual Liability Seminar in Chicago, June 17-19, at the Loews Chicago Hotel.
Mr. Desai is scheduled to speak on Friday, June 19, at 10:30 a.m. His topic of "Prepariing the Company's Witnesses for Depositions and Trial" is a critical component for winning a bad faith trial and he will examine strategies for both witnesses and the lawyers who prepare them.
