Gordon & Rees to Present September 28 Webinar on Inside Counsel or Outside Counsel: Which is More Dangerous?

As part of the firm’s 2016 National Professional Liability Webinar Series, Gordon & Rees will hold a webinar titled “Inside Counsel or Outside Counsel: Which is More Dangerous?,” on September 28 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. PST.

The live, bi-monthly webinars offer free, practical tips on current and emerging legal issue for professionals to more effectively manage their practice. Gordon & Rees attorneys provide claims professionals, in house and general counsel, and attorneys in all practice areas with a convenient way to stay up to speed with simple steps they can implement to protect themselves and their firms from malpractice exposure.

For the September webinar, attorneys from Gordon & Rees’s Professional Liability Defense Practice Group will discuss the ethical and liability issues for in-house and outside counsel relating to litigation. Gordon & Rees Dallas partners Michael John Ramirez and James Lowery will cover numerous issues including: conflicts; frequent ethical issues; and spoliation and sanctions. A Q&A session will follow the webinar.
