Jesse Blyth to Present at Society for Design Administration Seminar

San Diego partner Jesse Blyth will be speaking at a professional practice seminar on Thursday, May 24, entitled "Design Profitability Factors for 2012," sponsored by The Society for Design Administration.

Mr. Blyth's presentation will cover topics including:

• Successful negotiation tactics to ensure a profitable project;
• The importance of written contracts for construction and design firms;
• Limitation of liability clauses;
• Modifying duties following contract execution; and
• Specific contractual provisions that should be avoided in written agreements.

The seminar will be held from 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at the office of Cavignac & Associates, 450 B Street, Suite 1800, in downtown San Diego.
