David O’Daniel is a partner in the Phoenix office. As a trial lawyer, his practice focuses on civil trials, arbitrations, mediations and appeals in state and federal courts. His practice includes the representation of clients in complex matters including construction defects, commercial and business disputes, construction contract disputes, business torts, consumer finance, real estate disputes, escrow and title insurance litigation, surety litigation, business contracts, fair debt and financial institutions litigation, antitrust, aviation, insurance defense and subrogation, product liability, underground facilities litigation, and property damage and personal injury.

During his career, David has successfully represented clients in multi-million dollar matters. He focuses on early, cost-effective efforts to resolve cases. If early resolution is not accomplished, he uses focused discovery to prepare for effective dispositive motions and ultimately, trial.
