
Mr. Rudin obtained a favorable verdict for his client after a bench trial involving a dispute between a franchisor and its franchisee.
Mr. Rudin has prevailed on motions for summary judgment in numerous commercial, insurance and intellectual property matters, including on issues of reliance parties in regards to the copyright restoration of foreign works, statutory damages and attorney’s fees. Peliculas y Videos Internacionales, S.A. de C.V. v. Harriscope of L.A., Inc., 302 F.Supp.2d 1131 (C.D. Cal. 2004).
Mr. Rudin has successfully defeated several motions for class certification or prevailed on motions for class decertification in numerous disputes including disputes involving the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act.
