
Donald Verfurth is co-managing partner of the Seattle office. Since entering private practice, Mr. Verfurth's practice has focused on the area of insurance coverage, with special emphasis on environmental, products liability, professional liability, directors and officers, excess casualty, ERISA, and construction.Over the course of his practice, he has tried numerous jury and non-jury cases in both state and federal court, both in Washington and Idaho.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Verfurth was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Washington.
