
Eric Young is a partner and a co-chair of the firm's Real Estate practice group. He has practiced real estate law in California for 26 years. Recognized in the legal community as an expert in the areas of commercial leasing and purchase and sale, he has negotiated leases in many of the landmark office towers throughout the country and has assisted clients in closing over $1.5 billion in real estate acquisitions and dispositions. He is a regularly featured panelist in seminars on leasing and purchase and sale sponsored by the State Bar of California (CEB).
