Hayes Ryan is the Managing Partner of Gordon & Rees’ Chicago office. He defends employment, environmental and mass tort matters, with his experience including lead counsel roles in jury trials and arbitrations. Mr. Ryan currently serves as a National Coordinating Counsel for the largest full line wheel-service equipment manufacturer in North America. Additionally, he represents Fortune 500 clients in complex, multi-plaintiff product liability and real estate class actions.

Recently, Mr. Ryan successfully obtained an outright dismissal for a local school district in age discrimination and retaliatory discharge case before the Illinois Human Rights Commission. His practice in this area includes employment litigation and counseling; defending clients against claims of discrimination, retaliation, FMLA, and harassment, as well as complex wage and hour matters.

Mr. Ryan is a Lord Rothermere Scholar following his studies at New College in Oxford, England in 1994.
