What do you enjoy most about your practice?

I enjoy the great variety of high exposure and catastrophic cases I am asked to defend. These cases which include wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, quadriplegia, severe burns, RSD, and race discrimination each present their own unique challenges.

What is the secret to obtaining successful trial results?

Having OCD, simplifying your view of the facts for the jury, and having credibility with everyone in the courtroom.

What are your favorite pastimes when you are not practicing law?

Eating and Traveling. This year was China, next year is Spain and, (I hope), Around the World in 2011.
