
James Valvano is a partner in the Commercial Litigation, Business Transactions, Bankruptcy, Restructuring, and Creditors’ Rights, Insurance, and Construction practice groups at Gordon & Rees. He also serves as the Chair of the firm's New Jersey and New York Real Estate practice groups.
Mr. Valvano represents corporate and individual clients in sophisticated commercial transactions and disputes. He has extensive experience in the areas of corporate, real estate, commercial and insurance defense litigation, construction, and a wide array of regulatory experience with banks, including audits and licensing, with both federal and state governments. Mr. Valvano has litigated a broad variety of matters in numerous federal and state courts throughout the eastern seaboard.
