Kimberly Blake is a partner in Gordon & Rees’s San Diego office. As a member of the firm's Construction, Environmental/Toxic Tort and Tort and Product Liability practice groups, her practice focuses on civil litigation in the areas of construction litigation, product liability, mold/asbestosis and other toxic environmental claims, as well as general insurance litigation defense matters.  Ms. Blake has represented developers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors in matters involving alleged construction defects, breach of contract claims, alleged errors in design and workmanship, mold and sulfate claims, construction site accidents, and geotechnical claims.
