Michelle Levy is an associate in the Tort & Product Liability, Environmental/Toxic Torts, and Commercial Litigation practice groups.  Ms. Levy focuses on products liability defense, as well as commercial litigation.

Ms. Levy has handled a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including  complex commercial foreclosures, as well as commercial and residential evictions.  Her commercial litigation experience also includes both the prosecution and defense of claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, interference with contractual and business relationships, and fraud.  Ms. Levy also has experience defending trademark infringement claims.
