Ms. Machold is senior counsel in the Construction practice group and has, among other matters, represented contractors, developers, owners, and design professionals in a variety of cases including delay and disruption; disputes involving light and air easements and shadow study issues; contract disputes; unfair business practices; professional malpractice; property rights; landlord-tenant issues; and construction defect matters. Ms. Machold also represents design professionals and contractors in transactional matters including drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts.
Additionally, Ms. Machold's practice includes product liability which extends to a number of industries including automobile parts, household appliances, and medical devices. She has significant experience handling wrongful death and personal injury litigation.
