Matthew Nugent is a partner and a member of the Commercial Litigation and Environmental/Toxic Tort practice groups. He is an experienced litigator with significant experience defending and prosecuting claims in the areas of complex products liability, unfair business competition, class actions, and a variety of business tort and contractual claims. Mr. Nugent has had particular success in assisting clients in resolving complex disputes prior to trial through alternative dispute resolution procedures and dispositive motion practice.
