Pamela Anderson is an associate in the San Diego office with the Business Transactions practice group. Her practice encompasses a wide range of business and corporate matters, including general business, corporate finance and corporate representation. She has significant experience in corporate and securities matters, including private venture financings, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, equity incentives, business contracts, choosing and maintaining a business entity, compliance with federal and state securities laws and the disclosure obligations of private and publicly traded companies and their executive officers. She also has experience in the areas of stock option plan creation and administration, business litigation, insurance defense, real estate and loan transactions and estate planning.

Prior to law school, Ms. Anderson was a corporate and securities paralegal with a large national law firm, assisting in the representation of high technology start-ups from incorporation through initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and beyond.
