Robert Larsen is partner in the Commercial Litigation, Construction, Business Transactions, and Real Estate practice groups in Gordon & Rees’s Las Vegas office. As a litigator, Mr. Larsen has successfully handled matters involving commercial, construction, real estate, employment, and intellectual property infringement disputes.

Mr. Larsen also has extensive experience negotiating and drafting intellectual property licensing and service agreements for domestic and international companies, and business transaction agreements and contracts. In addition, he has negotiated and prepared commercial transactions, including real estate development agreements and small and large scale construction agreements.

His clients range from nationally recognized companies to small start up businesses. He has represented international gaming and software companies, large national construction companies, real estate developers, title companies, and financing institutions.

Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Mr. Larsen worked as the Chief Administrative Officer and In-House Counsel for a software company.
