Michael D. Bruno is a litigation partner at Gordon & Rees LLP. Mr. Bruno represents both private and public entities in employment matters, focusing his practice on defending employers against discrimination and harassment claims. Mr. Bruno has handled employment cases in both state and federal trial courts, as well as in connection with administrative agencies like the DFEH, the EEOC and the OSHA.

Mr. Bruno has tried cases successfully before juries and has had considerable success in pretrial motion practice. Appearing in California's appellate courts, he has drafted and argued successful oppositions to appeals of his favorable decisions in the trial courts.
