Mitchell Malachowski defends large corporations in lawsuits. Working as part of Gordon & Rees’s San Diego Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group, Mr. Malachowski has defended industrial machinery manufacturers, aerospace/defense companies, engineering firms, security services, and other major corporations in civil litigation throughout California. Mr. Malachowski’s practice specializes in the innovative application of creative legal strategies to achieve favorable litigation outcomes.

Mr. Malachowski has extensive experience with complex multi-party litigation, chemical exposure and asbestos cases, and class actions. Additionally, Mr. Malachowski has wide-ranging experience with cases involving mold injury and habitability, construction defect, housing discrimination, and general personal injury/wrongful death.
