Mahsa Kashani Tippins

Mahsa Kashani Tippins, an associate in Gordon & Rees’s San Francisco office, is a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. She represents clients in all aspects of their cases, from intake through trial. She has notable and substantial experience during all phases of discovery, having defended many clients’ interests by taking hundreds of depositions of plaintiffs, economists, industrial hygienists, pulmonologists, radiologists, epidemiologists and pathologists.

Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Ms. Tippins served as National Coordinating Counsel for an international chemical distribution company’s asbestos litigation, managing hundreds of cases nationwide, and also served as counsel for an international oil company. Ms. Tippins has taken numerous cases to trial successfully for her clients in both Northern and Southern California.
