Intellectual Property attorneys Neil Martin and Susan Meyer from our San Diego Office recently achieved a global settlement on behalf of Gordon & Rees' paintball sport client, Armotech, LLC, at the ENE conference stage of two parallel trademark infringement actions and three opposition proceedings in the Trademark Office. The action was brought against foreign manufacturers and U.S. distributors. Mr. Martin and Ms. Meyer obtained a court-supervised restraining order against specific unfair competition acts and the extinguishment of a $300,000 claim against the client.
