Barbara Ann Caulfield, Senior Counsel in the Healthcare Group in the San Francisco office, recently won a five week jury trial in Alameda Superior Court for Alliance Imaging, Inc. The civil lawsuit was filed against Alliance, and two treating physicians for alleged medical negligence. The jury reached a complete defense verdict in less than two hours.
