Richard Sybert and Craig Mariam, attorneys in Gordon & Rees’ Intellectual Property Group, won their third federal jury verdict in 10 months. During a six-day trial, Mr. Sybert and Mr. Mariam presented claims on behalf of a toy manufacturer for copyright, trade dress, and unfair competition over knockoffs by a competitor. After four days of deliberation, the jury returned a verdict of almost $500,000.
