Richard Sybert is reappointed to the International Trademark Association (INTA) Panel of Neutrals (PON) for another 4-year term. Mr. Sybert previously served on the INTA PON from 2004 - 2008. The INTA PON is the world’s only international panel of neutral mediators who are both expert in trademark and unfair competition law and trained in the art of mediating disputes. All panelists have been specially trained in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedures. Only 110 INTA PON members are in the entire United States.
