The American Bar Association (ABA) Business Law Section has published the In-House Counsel's Essential Toolkit, a seven-volume legal resource covering:

• Corporate Compliance and Ethics
• Training Outside Counsel

The "Toolkit" is designed as a desk-reference for corporate counsel. Gordon Endow, a partner in Gordon & Rees' Business Transactions and Intellectual Property Groups, served as Chapter Leader for, and wrote the introduction to, the Intellectual Property volume. Mercedes Colwin and Deborah Swindells Donovan, partners in Gordon & Rees' Employment Group, participated as working group members for the Employment Law volume. Richard Sybert, a partner in Gordon & Rees' Intellectual Property Group, assisted in the working group for the Intellectual Property volume.
