John G. Browning, a partner in Gordon & Rees' Dallas office, has been selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. Mr. Browning handles civil litigation in state and federal courts in areas including employment, intellectual property, commercial cases, products liability, professional liability, and general negligence. Mr. Browning has extensive trial, arbitration, and summary judgment experience, and has represented companies in a wide variety of industries throughout Texas and on a pro hac vice basis in other jurisdictions.
The Litigation Counsel of America (LCA) is a trial lawyer honorary society comprised of experienced and effective litigators throughout the United States.
