Gordon & Rees Honored at Bay Area United Way Reception

Gordon & Rees' philanthropic efforts were honored at the Bay Area United Way reception on December 7, 2006 where it received the esteemed Koko award for its contributions to the United Way campaign. Gordon & Rees also received awards for the "Highest Participation in Giving Among Associates" and "Greatest Increase in Giving Between 2005 and 2006" for firms with more than 100 attorneys.

The Gordon & Rees attorneys and staff made their largest United Way donation in the firm's 15 year history with the campaign. This generosity is consistent with money the firm has raised for other charitable organizations throughout the Bay Area.

Gordon & Rees volunteers devoted many hours of hard work to make the 2006 United Way campaign a resounding success. The volunteer committee is led by Susan Roe, United Way's Top Banana in 2005; Chuck Custer and Andrew Cary, Gordon & Rees United Way Chairs and Partners; Michael Bruno, Gordon & Rees Auction Chair and Partner and Pam Jones, Gordon & Rees Campaign finance administrator.
