Gordon & Rees San Francisco Office Hosts ADC's "Judges' Perspective on Law & Motion/Courtroom Dos and Don'ts"

On September 16, the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada (ADC) will host its "Judicial Presentation for Young (and Old) Lawyers" at Gordon & Rees's San Francisco office.  San Francisco associate Marie Trimble is the Chair of the Young Lawyers Committee of the ADC and will co-host the event.

The event is an important opportunity for lawyers to hear the Dos and Don'ts directly from the judges who make the decisions in their cases.  This program features San Francisco County Judges: Hon. James McBride (Presiding Judge), Hon. Charlotte Woolard (Law & Motion), and Commissioner Everett Hewlett (Discovery).

The event begins at 4:00 pm and concludes with a cocktail reception from 5:30-6:30pm.  The session has been approved for MCLE credit by the State Bars of California and Nevada in the amount of 1.5 hours.  For more information about the event, please click here.

On-line registration is available at http://www.adcnc.org/Events.asp.
