Las Vegas partners Robert Schumacher and Joseph Hardy were named to the "2010 Legal Elite" list in the September issue of Nevada Business Magazine. The list includes 100 Southern Nevada lawyers and 25 Northern Nevada lawyers "representing the top attorneys in Nevada."
Robert, featured on the magazine's cover, was recognized in the areas of Construction and Commercial Litigation. Joe, on the list for the second year in a row, was recognized in the area of Commercial Litigation.
The list is generated by peer nominations from the 10,360 members of the Nevada Bar. Each nominated attorney was given a score based on the number of votes he or she received and whether the votes came from within the attorney's firm (one point) or outside the firm (three points). The qualifications of the top scorers were further evaluated by additional research.
