The national law firm of Gordon & Rees continues to expand its Dallas office with the addition of Ryan Fellman. Mr. Fellman is an associate in the firm's Professional Liability Defense and Insurance practice groups.
Mr. Fellman's experience includes counseling and defending Lloyd's of London syndicates and managing general agents and adjustment firms in property and liability insurance disputes, as well as bad faith related litigation. He has also defended commercial insureds against premises liability, wrongful death, and other tort claims in state trial courts for national and regional insurers. Additionally, he has extensive experience drafting coverage opinions, motions (including motions for summary judgment, motions in limine, and motions to compel), and briefs, as well as deposing numerous experts, parties, and witnesses.
He received his J.D. with honors from The University of Texas School of Law and his B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science from Emory University.
