Gordon & Rees has once again been named a Go-To Law Firm in the area of Litigation by Corporate Counsel magazine. The publication utilizes responses from a survey of General Counsel at the top 500 U.S. companies, as well as research from public records, leading publications, and well-respected commercial databases. 2011 is the third year in a row that Gordon & Rees has received the Litigation distinction. The firm was also named a Go-To Law Firm for Labor & Employment.
Corporate Counsel's General Counsel survey identifies each company's "primary law firm" and the criteria for recognition include "the firms that are on the company's preferred list; the go-to law firms for a specific practice area; [and] firms that handled the most important cases in the previous year."Gordon & Rees's recognition is included in the 2011 edition of In-House Law Departments at the Top 500 Companies.
