The San Diego office of Gordon & Rees has been selected as one of San Diego's Best Places to Work by the San Diego Business Journal. This is the second year the office has received this recognition, having also been a finalist in 2010.
Out of hundreds of companies which participated in the survey, just 75 were selected as finalists. Gordon & Rees was one of only four law firms to be included.
The survey consisted of an extensive Employment Benefits & Policies Questionnaire which counted twenty-five percent towards the evaluation. Responses from attorneys and staff to an Employment Engagement & Satisfaction Survey comprised the other seventy-five percent.
