Theresa Kristovich Named President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the ABTL

Los Angeles partner Theresa Kristovich has been named President of the Los Angeles chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers (ABTL). Ms. Kristovich previously served as Vice President and was a member of the Planning Committee for this year's 38th Annual Seminar that was held October 13-16 in Santa Barbara. At the Seminar, she was a panelist discussing the topic of judicial ethics with the Honorable Richard D. Fybel (California Court of Appeal, Fourth District) and the Honorable Gerald Rosenberg (Los Angeles Superior Court).

Ms. Kristovich is a highly experienced trial lawyer with more than 40 jury trials and more than 25 arguments before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and California Courts of Appeal. She has also served in the Major Crimes Section of the United States Attorney's Office in Los Angeles and is a current Ninth Circuit delegate and a member of the Los Angeles Superior Courts Committee.

About the ABTL: The ABTL was founded in Los Angeles to provide a better forum for the discussion of business trials and today has five chapters throughout California and over 4,200 members. The organization provides top quality legal education programs and annual seminars which feature keynote speakers from the California bench and bar.
