On April 16, Gordon & Rees Philadelphia partner William Shelley will speak at the Widener University School of Law Perspectives on Mass Tort Litigation Symposium. Shelley’s topic will be “Asbestos-Related Bankruptcy Issues.”
The symposium's panelists will address asbestos as one of the original mass tort issues and the challenges associated with resolving asbestos cases involving the widespread problem of bankrupt defendants.
In addition to Shelley, panelists will include Professor S. Todd Brown, SUNY Buffalo Law School, and Bruce Mattock, Goldberg, Persky & White. Widener University School of Law Professor Susan Raeker-Jordan will moderate the discussion.
