Under the leadership of managing partners John Palmeri and Thomas Quinn, the Denver office continues to grow in both size and breadth of practice, which includes commercial litigation, professional liability, healthcare, bankruptcy, construction, employment, government, real estate, intellectual property and product liability. Lawyers in the office have collectively tried over one hundred cases to verdict or judgment and have been counsel of record in dozens of precedent setting appellate cases. The office is proud of its long-standing working relationships with clients such as Xcel Energy, SAVASeniorCare, LLC, Kindred Healthcare, Inc. and Lennar Corp. The lawyers have strong ties to non-profit organizations including the Denver Area Council, Boy Scouts of America and The Salvation Army. They have represented financial institutions, including UMB Bank and Alpine Bank. Lawyers in the office have also handled matters for major insurance companies.

Lawyers in our Denver offices served as law clerks or judicial interns in the Supreme Court of Colorado, Colorado Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. Our team includes a former Deputy Attorney General in the civil division of the Colorado Attorney General's Office, a former senior employment attorney for the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, and a former senior attorney in county and city government.

Our attorneys and staff contribute to the improvement of our profession and community. Our lawyers are actively involved in national and local bar associations, including committee chairs, and are on the boards of diversity bar associations such as the Asian Pacific American Bar Association, Colorado Women’s Bar Association, Center for Legal Inclusiveness, and the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation. The attorneys in the office provide pro bono representation, even trying cases in federal and state courts. The office annually supports the law schools at the University of Denver and the University of Colorado, sponsoring diversity panel discussions and other events, and our lawyers have acted as coaches for high school mock trial competitions. Each year the office selects and supports a non-profit organization.
