After opening in early 2008, the Seattle office has more than doubled in size. Initially focusing on the areas of employment, insurance coverage, environmental, and commercial litigation, the practice list has grown to include appellate, asbestos and professional liability practices.
The Seattle office legal team includes a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Washington, a former attorney with the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions, Securities Division, a former Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Criminal Division, for the city of Tacoma and a former Regional Director for the Government Contracts and Compliance Department of The Boeing Company. Most of the attorneys in the Seattle office practice in both Washington and Oregon, and the Seattle office works closely with the Portland office to service the legal needs of their clients in the Pacific Northwest.
Its clients include AIG/Chartis, Lexington Insurance Company, Beazley Specialty Lines, ACE Westchester, CNA, and Hartford Financial Product, as well as companies of all sizes that operate in a variety of industries.
