The Dallas office opened in August of 2005 and four very successful years later has established itself firmly in the Dallas community. Co-managing partners Bob Bragalone and Mary Nix guide a group of talented and seasoned attorneys in the areas of employment, professional liability, commercial, products liability, insurance, ERISA, environmental/toxic tort, construction and franchise law. The office also has an impressive group of attorneys with a high-profile hospitality and commercial real estate practice.
The client list for the Dallas office is a cross-section of insurance carriers such as Zurich, Travelers, Chubb, Prudential and XL Insurance, national companies and organizations such as MADD, Realogy, Morgan Stanley, Neiman Marcus, Siemens Corp., Hennessy Industries, and The Okonite Company, regional clients including Snuffers Restaurants, The Woodlands Development Company, and American Homestar Corp., and international destinations like Domaine de Terre Blanche in France.
The attorney roster boasts impressive credentials including a lawyer with Board Certification in the area of Labor and Employment Law by the State Bar of Texas, and a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
