Gordon & Rees relocated its New Jersey office from Morristown to Florham Park in January 2010. Under the leadership of managing partner Ronald A. Giller, the office continues to grow rapidly. With the addition of partner Elizabeth Lorell and National Director of Client Service Lucy Ann Galioto, the office is positioned to service a wide range of practices such as Commercial Litigation, Franchise Law, Intellectual Property, Insurance, Employment Law, Environmental Law and Professional Liability Defense.
The Florham Park office includes attorneys with extensive business backgrounds, including the former Vice President of Litigation & Regulatory Affairs for a public franchise company, who was responsible for overseeing a large number of litigations and regulatory issues, as well as compliance with state and federal franchise disclosure requirements. Lawyers in the Florham park office have served as law clerks and judicial interns in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil and Criminal Divisions; the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey; the Colorado Court of Appeals; and the Denver District Court, Civil and Criminal Divisions.
