Litigation and Transactions

The Hospitality Practice Group offers a wide range of preventive legal solutions designed to minimize the risk of expensive litigation. However, when litigation cannot be avoided, the Group is also able to mobilize a team of litigators with extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts.
