TechnologyGordon & Rees uses technologies that empower our attorneys and staff to communicate effectively and efficiently with our clients and each other in order to deliver high quality services and work product.

We use proven software solutions that can scale to service a variety of client needs, thus enhancing our performance and service offerings. A few of the systems we currently use include comprehensive case management databases, imaged document databases, electronic billing capabilities and secure Internet/Extranet access.

Our network infrastructure is such that we can establish secure and encrypted email links with our clients by utilizing our advanced networking infrastructure, which includes a WAN (Wide Area Network) between all the firm's offices. We also use VPN (Virtual Private Network) technology to securely connect us with our clients. This network framework combined with our systems allow us to share resources and propagate information quickly and efficiently between our offices and clients. This technological infrastructure also enhances our overall efficiency and effectiveness and minimizes geographical boundaries.
