We have openings for junior and mid-level Associates in our growing Wilmington, Delaware office. We are a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, with robust national and local practices, seeking associates to handle a diverse Commercial litigation, Labor & Employment and Toxic Tort practice in Delaware state and federal courts. We have garnered national recognition for our demonstrated commitment to the recruitment, retention and advancement of qualified female and diverse attorneys.
Qualified applicants will have 4-8 years of civil litigation experience, respectively. Applicants with experience in a judicial clerkship or with the Department of Justice will also be considered.
Candidates must be licensed in at least one of the following jurisdictions: Delaware
