Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its established national litigation team, in the Ann Arbor or Detroit metropolitan area. Full-time remote or hybrid options are available and candidate does not have to reside in Michigan. The successful applicant for this position will work on large and complex fraud, cybercrime, and technology matters, pending in courts across the country. On a day-to-day basis, the litigation team analyzes and interprets complex contracts and insurance policies, evaluates and researches novel legal issues, and prosecutes and defends litigation in federal and state courts on a nationwide scale. Preference will be given to applicants with demonstrated litigation experience and prior federal court practice.
Candidate must be admitted to practice law in at least one state and be eligible to seek admission to the Michigan Bar.
