Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has an immediate opening for a civil litigation attorney with five or more years of experience in its Montana area office. Our growing practice groups consists of healthcare, employment, construction, medical malpractice, real estate, insurance, labor relations and environment toxic tort, among others. We offer flexible options for the successful candidate, including hybrid and full-time opportunities.
Candidates must be a self-starter who is able to work independently, handle a case from inception to end with minimal supervision, have an excellent academic background, proven skills in writing, analysis and research. Responding to discovery; drafting motions and motion practice; court appearances; taking and defending depositions and mediation practice is required. A commitment to superior client service is essential and trial experience is preferred, but not required.
Candidate must be licensed to practice in Montana.
