We have multiple openings for Commercial Litigation Associate Attorneys in our Las Vegas office. Candidates residing in St. George, Utah are welcome to apply. Responsibilities will include evaluating case files, motion practice, attending and arguing at court hearings, conducting depositions, defending client depositions, mediations and trial preparation. Candidates must have an excellent academic background, proven skills in writing, analysis, research, and be a self-starter who is able to handle a case from inception with minimal supervision. Additionally, a commitment to superior client service is essential. Trial experience is preferred, but not required.
Candidates must be licensed in Nevada, California or Utah. Special consideration will be given to candidates with multiple licenses.
