Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has an immediate opening in our Philadelphia office for an associate to join our national Labor & Employment practice. Qualified candidates will have two - five years of hands-on litigation experience, including a focus on employment and commercial matters.

Preferred candidates should have demonstrated experience handling employment and commercial litigation, researching complex legal issues, handling discovery-related activities, and drafting dispositive motions. Candidates must also have the ability to work independently and have excellent academic background, proven skills in writing, analysis and research. Additionally, a commitment to superior client service is essential. Oral argument, deposition, and trial experience preferred.
Candidates must be licensed in Pennsylvania.

Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $135,000
