Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has immediate openings for civil litigation attorneys with a minimum of at least three (3) years’ experience. An active license in at least one (1) state is required (does not necessarily need to be Washington state; although, Washington license is a plus). GRSM offers flexible options for successful candidates, including fully remote, hybrid, with part-time and full-time opportunities.
Our Washington practice groups have several openings for attorneys with experience handling either Employment, Commercial Litigation, Government Contracts, General Liability, Construction, Professional Liability & Insurance Defense. Candidates must have an excellent academic background, proven skills in writing, analysis, research, and be a self-starter who is able to work independently with minimal supervision. Candidates must have litigation experience including drafting and responding to discovery; drafting motions and motion practice; court appearances; taking and defending depositions; and mediation practice. This position requires significant client oversight and responsibility so a commitment to superior client service is essential. Trial experience is preferred, but not required.
