Billing Coordinator (2+ yrs)

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm, is seeking a Billing Coordinator with two or more years of experience for its San Diego office.  Job duties and responsibilities include initial set up of Clients; processing e-files for electronic submission of invoices; troubleshooting issues resulting from electronic submissions; experience in various e-Billing websites, such as Bottomline Legal eXchange, Bottomline Legal-X, CT TyMetrix 360, Serengeti, Collaborati, and Counselink is required.  Some college, with an emphasis in accounting and/or business is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills; computer literacy and familiarity with spreadsheet, database and presentation programs such as Aderant; attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential.
