Case Assistant/Records Clerk

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm, is seeking a Case Assistant/Records Clerk for the Medicare Practice Group in its Pittsburgh Office.  Ideal candidates must have at least 3 years’ experience working in a professional environment.  
 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to independently handle multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfortable working in multiple database to gather file material
  • Ability to work with large volume of data
  • Ability to maintain Office equipment

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry
  • Ordering supplies for the department
  • Printing and uploading file materials for processing
  • Assist with reports
  • Take ownership of all files from intake to completion
  • Provide continuous updates regarding status of file processing
  • Saving emails and file materials in assigned files
  • Assisting paralegals with special projects, as needed
  • Sorting and scanning file materials to staff in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned
