Phil Maltin Presents "The Secrets of Great Leaders" at New Orleans HFTP Seminar

On August 20, 2010, Phil Maltin will present his seminar, "The Secrets of Great Leaders," to the New Orleans chapter of Hospitality Financial & Technology Professionals (HFTP).  The presentation is the first of the organization's 2010  educational conference designed to provide all HFTP Professionals in the region with the opportunity to receive continuing education credits and network with colleagues.  The program will cover four primary topics: IT, Accounting, Leadership/Management, and Liability Prevention.

The program teaches:

  1. Leadership Skills – Strategies for leaders who are focused on morale and how to effectively lead.

  2. Five Stupid Things that Get Great Leaders and their Businesses Sued – What leaders can do to protect themselves and their businesses from liability.

  3. How to Read People and Identify the Liars in Your Workforce – Unique instruction for professionals who want to develop their communication  skills,  powers of perception, and ability to navigate interpersonal moments with coworkers using polished powers of observation.
